Park Hotels introduces ‘Isolation Packages’

With the hospitality industry struggling to survive during this second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels (ASPH) has introduced safe quarantine stays to cope with the lack of infrastructure and burnout caused due to the rising work-from-home culture. These isolation packages are exclusively being launched in two of the ASPH brands: The Park Hotels and Zone by The Park (Chennai, Coimbatore, Jammu, Jaipur).

Adhering to safety protocols for guests and employees, ASPH has also made 72-hour prior negative RT-PCR report and Aarogya Setu application mandatory while checking in for a stay ranging from two to thirty days.

Vijay Dewan, Managing Director, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels and Chairman, said, “There is caution and anxiety in the post-COVID-19 world, which has changed how people travel. Now that the pandemic has entered its second wave, we've noticed that our guests are looking for safe self-quarantine stay packages for a variety of reasons. To ensure extraordinary experiences, we introduced specially curated isolation packages across our hotels in the country. These packages can also be customised to meet specific needs at any of our locations. We are working to ensure that our guests can enjoy the luxuries without fear.”

The isolation packages offer sanitized rooms, 24X7 contactless service, packed meals, immunity-boosting drinks, and round-the-clock Wi-Fi connectivity. ASPH has also formulated a strict verification policy and terms & conditions for isolation. The guest will have to provide travel history, stay arrangements, identity proof, the reason for a stay while opting for the isolation package.

ASPH's thorough inspections and stringent guidelines are aimed at fostering an environment that prioritises health, hygiene, safety, and well-being. The hotels are all ready to welcome back guests into a "new normal" experience thanks to ASPH's gold-certified hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitization programme, S.H.I.E.L.D.
