SYSOTEL has partnered with RMS Cloud to expand its operations in India and Southeast Asia, providing new opportunities for the technology firm in the hospitality industry. It aims to expand the partnership to 1000 hotels in India by the end of 2021. With the help of its state-of-the-art product, called SYSIRMS, an AI-based intelligence revenue management system (RMS), the company is hoping to increase the revenue of more than 3000 hotels worldwide.
Raj Sahu, CEO, SYSOTEL, said, “By the end of the year, we hope to have 3000 hotels on our platform, all of which will benefit from our free technology deployment. As digitisation takes hold in the hospitality industry, we believe our holistic approach and end-to-end solutions will help Indian hotels adapt and thrive with the evolving times. Our all-encompassing solutions enable us to be affordable for mid-, small-scale, and independent hoteliers.”
Automated RMS has gradually infiltrated the traditional hospitality industry, ensuring increased revenue, improved reputation, and a better guest experience. Unlike technically obsolete legacy systems, AI-powered systems can generate millions of decisions across hundreds of properties by performing analytics on consumer data simultaneously. The tech solution can be employed by hotel operators to optimise revenues, generate dynamic pricing, distribute inventory across channels, monitor sales, and have a contactless guest management system.
Hotel Booking Engine, Revenue Management System, Channel Management, Corporate Solutions, Website Development, Central Reservation System, Travel Agency Solution, and Reputation Management System are some of the services offered by SYSOTEL. The majority of these are supported by trained professionals in the backend and are powered by AI. This facilitates the streamlining of a hotel's operations with high returns on investment and minimal disruption.
